Vanesia has over 20 years of Senior leadership in Sales, Operations and Compliance within the Healthcare Industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Barry University. A Master’s in Business Administration from University of Miami, with a concentration in International Business. During her studies she focused on Supply Chain Logistics. She also holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), with a focus on Leadership and Data Analytics.

Juan is a retired Sergeant First Class of the United States Army with over 20 years of leadership experience in maintenance operations, logistical support and personnel administration. His most recent leadership roles have been Senior Maintenance Supervisor, Battalion Motor Sergeant and Platoon Sergeant. During his military career Juan has successfully completed four tours of duty in Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, three tours of duty in South Korea, one tour of duty in Germany, one tour of duty in Uganda Africa in support of the African Crisis Response Initiative and one tour of duty in Somalia Africa in support of Operation Restore Hope. His most prestigious awards are the Bronze Star Medal and three Meritorious Service Medals. Juan’s military education includes the completion of the Army Senior, Advanced and Basic Leadership Courses, and the Maintenance Managers Course.
